The colony

Hey i was wondering if anyone wanted to make a colony with me like we get a group pool resources and just travel until we find a new home that would be our own! I am not sure if i need permission for this but if i do huub please tell me .

-looking for at least 4-
-at least 2 builders-
-we need lots of resources-
-we dont leave men behind-
-we will need lots of weapons-
-wh3en we create the town my fellow colonists will be the first civilians and we can build from there-
-no i will not have supreme power i want to limit power to everyone in the town including myself-

Offcourse you can make a colony but with less than 4 people and no very big buildings like castles and walls and such
if you wanna start a real village then you need permission
there are 2 towns already. you will see when server is up again

ok sweet so yea that sounds sweet 2 already up but this is still open if people want to help eachother from the ground up so they look at a local building and think "dang i remember building that and then a fire started at the harbor oh man good times!"

Sorry wes but i really dont understand what you are saying in this post

i might but i really cant say because ive still never played on the server because its down, so maybe, but only after ive played a bit.

Well you build your town so you remember the work you put in it what has happened to the town and such. Basically building your own town gives it history and you will do much more to protect it. Sorry that you couldn't understand the otherone :/

And ok Anthony im ok with that its gunna be a little while to get resources and such.

Why you will want to come:
I'd love to be part of something right from the beginning, and be able to help build something to be proud of.
What can you provide along the way and when we get there:
I'll try and collect as much resources as I can for everyone. I'll try and be as active as possible, and try and be online as much as I can.

Good your commited you have effort and will plus u understand what it meens to build a town together and we will need a main lumberer. Your in.

This sounds cool, and I'd like to take part in it, but I can't put a solid "yes" or "no" out there at this time. I'll have to see the existing cities/villages/towns first.

Perfectly acceptable im going to get everyone settled in then we leave with permission and resources to start a town.

yea but at least it wont take longer decideing who does what and whos going.

I can also build some nice little "starter" houses for you, I'm quite fond of making houses ^^

Why you will want to come: i can provide a valuable input and have mastered redstone and for some reason have an uncanny lucky for finding rare reasources ie: iron diamond gold redstone
What can you provide along the way and when we get there i can build walls that no monster can pass over or under along with hiddent switches and buttons linked to iron doors so only the colonist can get in along with riging up a whole underground eleterical and water system

Fav. Job: I'm an all around type of guy, I can do any job whatsoever that I'm assigned, or whatever I need to do to help the team. I have a variety of skills, including building, mining, farming, fighting, etc.
Why you will want to come: I want to come because I really enjoy traveling and exploring new lands, and taming the wilderness. I love finding the perfect spot to construct a town or village and expanding out from there with my fellow players. A tight-knit group really appeals to me, and I am a diligent worker and will work as hard as I can to complete tasks and to benefit the pioneering team.
What can you provide along the way and when we get there: I can provide a wide variety of skills and will share any and all my resources (in addition to a cheerful attitude and determination ). I'll be able to gather along the way, in addition to bringing valuable resources to establish civilization, like wood, coal, and iron.

I'd love to be a part of this! I'll do my part to help us succeed, and of course, make sure theres no man left behind.

Guys... this all sounds so cool but i just want to say that this isnt a official colony..
and none of you guys has ever been inside the server.. i think its kinda unfair that everyone wants to join this colony because inside the server there are so much more people who wanna do this and alot of that people did so much for the server.. none of you guys has ever been in it :S

anyways just saying ;p

But this is a perfect chance for newbies to the server to get started, and have a place to call home right from the beggining, and eventually, when we have a nice little colony, you might even make it an official town.

There may be loads of other people on the server but we've already all sort of bonded, it would be easier for us to all live together.

Actually this isnt a perfect chance because this place doesnt even exists yet in the server.
Im just trying to tell you guys that when you log into the server you might see oter towns wich you think are much better than this one.
im just trying to tell you that this isnt the only town/colony this one doesnt even exists yet.

Ofcorse the other towns will be better, at the moment - we know this town doesn't exist yet, but that's be best part!
When the server is up and running properly, we will be able to start the village ourselves from scratch, make it what we want it to be.

Even if we do see the other villages and think "that's a nice town!" then we can take inspiration from them.

That's what I'm saying - People who aren't in the mood/don't want to work can join an already existing town,
but this colony is for people who want to work to make something for themselves.

We know it doesn't exist yet, but that's the best part! We'll make it exist when we get into the server!

Ur all in guys and huub dont worry i can lead this i just led a group of 5-10 people to dig a HUGE ASS moat around a hill took like 6 hours. I think i got what it takes.
